Shayan Noor

Shayan obtained his Juris Doctorate from The Pennsylvania State University Law School in 2015 where he received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award. Always focused on helping people, he began his career in criminal prosecution before quickly deciding he could better help people as a defense attorney. Working first in public defense and later as a member of a private defense team, he opened the Law Office of Shayan Noor with the vision of both providing his clients the highest quality legal representation, and giving them control during a process which often leaves people feeling powerless.
A devoted trial attorney, Shayan has had excellent results defending clients in cases ranging from the most minor of offenses to major offenses such as homicides and major sex crimes. His criminal defense experience ranges from traffic citation hearings to serious felony jury trials and he has obtained acquittals in the Circuit, General District, and Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courts. Similarly, he obtains excellent results in his immigration practice, providing clients navigate the complicated and highly discretionary nature of deportation defense and petitioning for immigration relief. He has worked extensively with clients affected by addiction, mental illness, and immigration concerns. Practicing both criminal and immigration law, he guarantees you that if you have a criminal case and an immigration concern, you will not be left with the ambiguous advice of "you should call an immigration attorney". He has extensive training in the immigration consequences of criminal convictions and will pursue an aggressive litigation strategy designed to maximize your protection from both criminal and immigration consequences.

Jeffrey A. Clark

Jeff Clark received his Juris Doctorate from the Wake Forest University School of Law in 2016 after graduating from the College of William and Mary. He is licensed to practice in both in Virginia state courts and immigration courts nation wide. A former Loudoun County Prosecutor who has taught police cadets trial presentation at the Northern Virginia Criminal Justice Academy, Mr. Clark transitioned to private criminal defense, and ultimately accepted a partnership at The Law Office of Shayan Noor.
Mr. Clark’s passion for criminal law and being in a courtroom has served him his entire career. His practical knowledge about the nuances and intricacies of the law and the Constitution allows him to be a zealous advocate for his clients’ rights. Through meticulous care combined with the wealth of experience and confidence he gained as a former prosecutor, he is able to assess all facets of the government’s case—both weak and strong—in order to accurately advise his clients on the best course of action to protect their own best interests.
Throughout it all, Mr. Clark believes in taking the time to explain every step and detail of the court process to his clients, recognizing that a good lawyer must also be a confident guide to their clients as they navigate an often unfamiliar system. Since that time, she has proven to be an expert and highly talented paralegal and now heads the team of support staff who work under the attorneys.
